Pilates reformer sessions are offered as private or small group experiences for a safe, personalized + targeted workout suitable for people of all levels, ages + abilities.

These sessions utilize the V2 Max Reformer and other equipment to deliver a full body therapeutic workout.

Studio 108 teaches STOTT PILATES®, the contemporary approach to the mind-body exercise pioneered by Joesph Pilates more than 85 years ago.

Your instructor will conduct a postural analysis and tailor your workout accordingly. This approach is appropriate for correcting postural imbalances and rehabilitating injuries.

Many of our clients train choose to train two or three times per week or they combine weekly private training with our group fitness classes.
